Vanilla Vendors Overhaul (#814)

Browse Source 
- massive clean up of vanilla_vendors
- now hiding TBC and WotLK vendor items instead of deleting them
- added jewelcrafting recipes on vanilla vendors to zz_optional_vanilla_phasing
