optional pvp system based on mod-pvp-titles
pvp items are now hidden on pvp vendors until you have the required rank for them.

b54d42c817 Fix Deadmines Patrols (#845) 
- patrols now spawn behind you after killing bosses instead of already being active when you step into the instance.
- fixed many patrols in the first part of the dungeon, it now looks exactly like VMangos.

I don't understand why, but for some reason this creature refuses to move when his target is outside 30 range

disabling the movement smartai to restore old behavior.

Lord Kragaru only spawned if you stood still next to the statue after activating it. 

To avoid issues he now spawns right away in front of the statue.
