Grimfeather	f35a73f518	Stromgarde fixes ... There shouldn't be any syndicate thieves in Stromgarde this non-elite gave easy access to quest items Sigil of Strom had 100% drop chance. this is incorrect now set to 5%	2025-04-30 21:21:40 +02:00
