This 7z file contains a spell.dbc version without changes to mana costs.
If you do not want the mana changes that Individual Progression makes for vanilla and TBC spells then you need to use this version of spell.dbc
You then also need to use patch-S.mpq instead of patch-V.mpq
DO NOT use both.
