removed that second entry again, as it was the horde paladin trainer and the horde doesnt have access to the Tome of Nobility quest that grants the Warhorse. So this trainer is the only option they have.

fix(DB): Added an lfgdungeons_dbc entry for 40-man Onyxia

This fixes an issue where scaling was not working for 40-man Onyxia with a recent AutoBalance update/rewrite which checks for acceptable level scaling ranges from LFG dungeon data.
