d1d7758b21 fix(DB): Added an lfgdungeons_dbc entry for 40-man Onyxia 
This fixes an issue where scaling was not working for 40-man Onyxia with a recent AutoBalance update/rewrite which checks for acceptable level scaling ranges from LFG dungeon data.

f97fb5d8d1 fix(DB): Added vanilla Onyxia as a dungeon/instance encounter 
This fixes a minor issue where 40-man Onyxia was not identified as a dungeon/raid boss by `Creature->IsDungeonBoss()`
