- fix Molten Giant, Smash, evade issue. the giant was using the ability incorrectly on his target instead of on himself.
- fix Ancient Core Hound, Lava Breath, same thing, the hound was using it incorrectly on his target.

- Aggem Thorncurse now has chain heal and battle shout
- Agathelos the Raging different enrage spell and he casts it twice
- several other creatures have their casting timers adjusted to vanilla values.
- fixes to casting ranges to avoid evades, like casting sunder armor only within 0-5 range
- Fix some scarab lord missing string/locales
- Fix missing non EN Onyxia's Lair locales (only for the 60 restored vanilla raid version)

- Commander Springvale had different spells during vanilla. He now has divine protection and heals allies near him,
but he lost his hammer of justice.
